The Manager, Organizational Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive enterprise development & training programs across the organization. This position will play a critical role in driving organizational success through the development of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in development and training, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to create and implement effective development and training solutions. Coordinates training programs, conferences, special services, and projects.
