General Purpose of Job The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Analyst I assists in monitoring and maintaining the AMI system and portions of the Meter Data Management System (MDMS). This position supports reviewing and analyzing reports from the AMI and MDMS systems to identify operational improvements. The AMI Analyst I also aids in providing end-user training and helps develop and maintain user manuals and documentation related to AMI. Additional responsibilities include assisting in gathering, reporting, and analyzing data on meter reading activities, supporting large power billing, pre-paid billing, and acting as back-up support for Revenue Recovery and Billing.
