Position Summary The Billing Manager is responsible for managing the billing and payment processing team with processing of all customer utility bills and various methods of payments in the billing system.  Develop processes, procedures and tracking mechanisms to assure timely and accurate billing and to maximize bill revenue.   Primary Position Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining direct related communication with Director of Utility Accounting and Billing team to ensure all business-related information, projects and issues are communicated on a timely and effective manner. Monitor attendance daily, approve requests for leave, review and approve timesheets for bi-weekly payroll.
