GENERAL FUNCTIONThis position performs dispatching functions involved with construction and maintenance routines of electrical equipment and daily activities for a utility company. Individuals assigned to this position shall provide guidance to field personnel in a safe and efficient manner. Work is evaluated through on-site briefings, oral and written reports, radio communications and customer contacts. This position shall have reporting responsibilities to both the Operations Superintendent and the Chief Engineer. The Operations Superintendent shall have primary supervisory responsibility.
