Position Purpose: Perform functions to plan, coordinate, and oversee activities of contract crews and Cooperative employees in providing line service maintenance and construction projects and in providing support activities to maintain continuous and efficient operating service levels. Essential Functions: Oversee the construction and maintenance of the Cooperative's electric distribution systems. Ensure that the Cooperative's distribution systems are maintained according to RUS specifications and according to the Cooperative's engineering practices. Maintain operations to keep the electrical distribution systems functioning at peak condition. Ensure that emergency conditions causing power outages are restored
