OBJECTIVE:  Assist member Cooperatives in controlling losses to property, to employees, to the public or to the service provided to their member-consumers. REPORTS TO:  Chief Executive Officer POSITION DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS: Planning: Assist CEO with annual department work plan and emergency work plan. Assist the CEO with the preparation of the annual department budget. Development and implementation of safety training topics and programs. Work closely with the statewide Safety Team and statewide employees. Duties and Responsibilities: Teaches the Louisiana Lineman Training Program. Provides services for member Cooperatives by conducting or assisting with training programs
