Provide management and direction for all human resource functions and employee benefits.  Provide accurate administration of payroll.  Provide effective administrative staff support to the General Manager and Board of Directors of the Cooperative.  Present a positive image of and promote the benefits provided by Menard Electric Cooperative.  Administer all Policies, Bylaws and procedures of the Cooperative. Safeguard confidential information held by the Cooperative, as such relates to personal data of all employees, the General Manager, and the Board of Directors. Provide support to other management staff as directed by the General Manager. Coordinates and supervises all Human Resource functions, including administration of the wage and salary plan, performance appraisals,
