This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent plus four years of a Journey Lineworker apprenticeship.  Significant completion of 3rd year apprentice may be considered. Must be familiar working with a 15 KV system maintenance and both overhead and underground construction. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills are a requirement.  Good public relations and the ability to positively interact with the public is required. Must have a valid Minnesota Class A Driver’s License. Cooperative or utility industry experience is preferred.
