CRAIG-BOTETOURT ELECTRIC COOPERATIVEDIRECTOR OF BUSINESS SERVICES OBJECTIVE:To manage the operations and personnel of the Member Services and Accounting & Finance departments. Member Services includes billing and bill payment processing, as well as handling all member queries for new service, termination of service, meter checks, outages, etc. Accounting & Finance includes maintenance of the Cooperative’s records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, lender’s guidelines/standards, established board policies, and the Cooperative’s Terms & Conditions. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:  Reports directly to the CEO.Manages the Lead Member Service Representative, two Member Services Representatives, Staff Accountant, and A
