The Contract Services Specialist would be responsible for preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and revising power and transmission agreements, member/customer contracts, OATT based interconnection agreements, and other related contract matters for the cooperative. Prepare, analyze, and process interconnection requests, operations and maintenance agreements, and telecommunication lease agreements. Assist in the development of power and transmission agreements, ensuring appropriate coordination with department personnel and participants, as well as the timely preparation, analysis, execution, and recordation of the agreements. Oversee administration of existing operations and maintenance agreements with Western Area Power Administration or other local utilities.
