Basic Function of position:A. Responsible for maintaining physical condition and functionality of all NEC buildings and facilities ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Responsible for completing a variety of maintenance tasks to properly maintain equipment and preserve the quality of buildings, grounds and facilities including coordinating janitorial services.
