Job Purpose:Perform line construction and maintenance under the direction of a Journeyman rated Line Technician. Duties:> Perform line construction, maintenance and restoration of energized and de-energized overhead andURD distribution lines and inspect completed work to ensure it is in accordance with applicablespecifications and codes.> Patrol the line and check for defective materials, equipment or unsafe conditions; notify foreman or supervisor of problems found.> Perform the duties of ground man, equipment operator and lineman. See that trucks, tools, and assigned equipment are properly used and kept in good working order.> Respond to after-hours trouble on a rotating basis and is dependably available for duty during inclement
