We currently have an opening for a GIS Technician in the Engineering Department. This position reports to the GIS Supervisor. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: Updates and maintains various systems including NISC and GIS platforms reflecting changes made to the electrical system and equipment relating to new construction, line conversions, maintenance programs, switching operations, phase changes, etc. Maintains an efficient and accurate electronic and paper record-keeping system of current and historical documents related to the construction and maintenance of the cooperative’s distribution system.
