Twin Valleys Public Power District, with headquarters in Cambridge and an outpost in Alma, has an immediate opening for a third year Apprentice or Journeyman Lineman in Cambridge, Nebraska.

Twin Valleys Public Power District serves more than 6,700 meters over 2,510 miles of transmission and distribution lines within nearly a 2,000 square mile region in southwest Nebraska with twenty-four full time employees. Cambridge is located on the west edge of Furnas County and offers excellent hunting, fishing, boating and other outdoor opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years on the job training as an apprentice lineman and an associate degree in utility line construction. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and communicate well with other crew memebers is necessary for this position.
