Position Summary:  Maintain a comprehensive awareness of coal, gas, and market power purchases made by wholesale power providers to service load requirements through Central’s Wholesale Power Purchase Agreements. Routine reporting on Central’s overall position relating to fuels, market power purchases, owned and controlled generation resources, both hedged and unhedged exposures.  Coordinating with third parties, manage fuels modeling, monitoring and reporting on acceptable risk parameters for where risk adjusted positions should be per Risk Policy.
