Independently performs physical design, grading and site design, or structural design (E-V, E-VI) of highly complex electrical power substations or transmission lines. Creates drawings, specifications, and contract documents to be used for construction, fabrication, or site grading. (E-IV) Responsible for coordinating the training of new design associates.
