Full-time position serves as advanced-level technical service lead for all of Holy Cross Energy’s (HCE) network to support voice, telecom, facilities, and communication needs. Supports other Information Technology (IT) services and service leads. Leads planning, functional, and technical design, and implementation and maintenance of tele-communications networks. Provides advanced technical assistance to the IT team by troubleshooting escalated issues and acts independently to troubleshoot complex problems. Works with the Security team to secure HCE data and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, network engineering or another computer related field
• 4 years or more enterprise network experience and/or training required
• industry certification related to network administration preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Starting annual salary $106,269 - $132,837 DOE.
