Summary Develop and administer an effective corporate operating and capital budget, reporting and analysis program and provide recommendations in preparation and analysis of budgets. Manage compliance with all financial reporting requirements. Manage the development, update and/or filing of Chugach’s Audited Financial Statements, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) filings, Financial Forecast (FF) and Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, IRS Form 990.  Essential Functions Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cashflow statements. Develop and maintain financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
