Summary The Plant Manager, Peaking & Hydro (P&H), is responsible for directing work at the Beluga, Cooper Lake and Eklutna Power Plants. Additionally, this position manages that an adequate supply of personnel, tools, equipment, and spare parts are available to provide for the safe and efficient operation of each plant in compliance with regulatory requirements.
