In this role, you will supervise and direct the construction, maintenance and operation of the Cooperative’s distribution lines, ensure sound construction and engineering practices, and lead a team of contractors, mechanic/warehouse staff, the Line Superintendent, Foremen from two locations and the line workers. You will ensure adherence to all established safety rules and best work practices.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the long-term work plan for the best performance of our system and long and short-term goals for personnel, facilities, equipment and supplies. Your team is responsible for working with members on any enhancements to their service to best meet their needs.
