The IT Systems Administrator oversees and maintains all aspects of Salem Electric’s computer infrastructure. This position manages automation of desktop maintenance, assists with management of servers (VM & physical), installation of new servers, hardware and software, and management of cloud services. Primary Responsibilities  Provide help desk support for Salem Electric employees including computer, peripheral equipment, and software support. Track and manage issues and resolutions using a ticketing system. Perform programming and automation tasks using scripting tools like PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
