Eastern Illini Electric Cooperative, an electric distribution cooperative in Paxton, Illinois, is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time member care representative (MCR). The MCR position is part of the cooperative’s member relations team and provides front-level customer service and billing services to the cooperative members. The successful candidate for the MCR position will be a reliable, multi-tasking, problem solver that has experience positively engaging people. They will also possess a high level of competence working with various computer programs.   A pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen are required.
