Manager of Customer Service/Member Care
Farmers Electric is currently seeking a Manager of Customer Service/Member Care to join our rapidly growing cooperative. We are searching for a dedicated Manager who can coach and motivate employees as they respond to calls related to new accounts, billing and account balances, payments, collections and maintaining customer information. This position is responsible for ensuring that every interaction our members have with Farmers Electric, whether it be over the phone, through email, or receiving a monthly bill, is a positive experience. This position will report directly to the Director of Member Care. A bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10 years supervisory and call center/billing/customer relations experience is required.
