Pay Grade:  M5, M6 POSITION SUMMARY  Assists with the design and specification of assigned substation, transmission, protection, and communications systems. Supports Power System Design engineers and field personnel by performing technical field and office work including drafting plans, creating cost estimates, and performing site inspections. Completes engineering design in accordance with pre-determined design standards under the supervision of Power System Design engineers.
