The Fiber Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading our Fiber Technicians in safety, aerial line installations, underground installations splicing, home installations and repairs for fiber, and all outside plant maintenance.  The Fiber Operations Supervisor will also have responsibility for all drop and home installation contractors, if applicable.  Responsibilities: 1. Host and lead all required safety meetings unless scheduled meeting requires safety manager or specialized training from a vendor. 2. Lead, support, and supervise all Fiber Technician activities. 3.
