OBJECTIVES: To provide reliable testing, programming, and maintenance of all meters and metering equipment types. Maintains inventory stock of meters and parts. Will work with our Billing Administrator by ensuring that all system meter reads are accurate and timely and may make service calls on high bill complains. Maintain relationships with vendors/working alliances to resolve system issues. To treat all customers with respect and dignity. Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot and support networks, systems, and software: install, configure, and manage servers, and network hardware. Provides hands-on system administration support, system maintenance, and operations supports.
