This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Education and experience must be sufficient to carry out job duties and responsibilities in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. Requires basic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and their maintenance. Must possess an understanding of the vehicles and equipment used by employees.
