Salt River Electric is looking to hire an individual for the position of Manager of Collections and Branch Customer Service. This position will manage the collection activities of the Cooperative and assist the Manager of Office Services by supervising the daily operations of the branch service representatives.  Interact with consumer-members to address complaints and questions, including issues related to customer service Maintain communications with community assistance agencies Monitor customer service phone system  Develop, recommend, implement and maintain collection procedures for the Cooperative, assuring timely payments while preserving members' rights and dignity Assist Manager of Office Services with annual budget, wor
