Pay Grade: M6 POSITION SUMMARY The HRIS Analyst provides functional and technical support for the Hoosier Energy Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role is responsible for data integrity, system configuration, and reporting to support HR operations and strategic initiatives. The HRIS Analyst develops and implements process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to optimize HRIS functionality.
