WHAT YOU'LL DO You’ll work side-by-side with Lead and Line Technicians as well as Line Supervisors to: Duties: Apprentice III Learn basics of overhead and URD construction and become familiar with RUS specifications and the National Electric Code.  Assist in building line and facilities as directed. Help load and unload poles, transformers, and other items.  Help check material in and out of the warehouse. Responsible for material and tools being stored properly and in an orderly manner on his/her assigned vehicle. Respond to after-hours trouble on a rotating basis and is dependably available for duty during inclement weather adversely affecting the Cooperative’s electrical system.
