Position SummaryThe Director of Substations Operations provides leadership and operational oversight for all substation facilities within the cooperatives electric distribution system. This role ensures substations and associated protection and control systems operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with PUCT, ERCOT, and NERC standards. The Director oversees the management of construction, maintenance, testing and inspection programs as well as personnel and contractors, to support the cooperatives mission of delivering safe, reliable, and affordable electric service to CoServ members.
