Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Digital Operations Acts as project support on established online processes. Reviews and contributes to requirements that represent the user experience. Creates a visual reference (wireframes) to assist IT application development staff in understanding the required business needs and visual requirements. Reviews requirements and conducts usability testing of wireframes, prototypes and existing transactions and pages for the site. Works closely with communication to incorporate appropriate content to support campaign initiatives. Provides training for posting of information for cooperatives and employees to the Employee Benefits
