Adheres to and processing standards while maintaining the highest standards of quality service to internal staff and the membership.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Provides phone and e-mail support to benefits administrators, requesting information, assistance and/or problem resolution for NRECA 401k defined contribution pension plans administration.* Coordinates with internal business partners and cooperative benefits administrators on data to reconcile data with incoming money.*
