Full time position serves as expert-level technical service lead for all of Holy Cross Energy’s (HCE) network, voice, telecom, facilities, and communication needs. Supports other Information Technology (IT) services. Leads planning, functional, and technical design, and implementation and maintenance of tele-communications networks. Provides advanced technical assistance to the IT team by troubleshooting escalated issues and acts independently to troubleshoot complex problems. Works with the Security team to secure HCE data and services.
