Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) I, II, III
POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining and reconciling records and accounts in support of the accounts payable (AP) function, and providing assistance to the Accounts Payable Manager as directed. Assist with inputting AP information into the AP system. Assemble AP package with appropriate backup and distribute for approval as needed. Assist with checking invoices for completeness and duplicate payments. Note:There is one position available, and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Accounting Assistant (AP) I, job grade NB11; Accounting Assistant (AP) II, job grade NB13 or Accounting Assistant (AP) I
