Responsible for providing engineering support for water resources and water rights issues and field activities (including land use) involved in the development, management, engineering, and construction of water rights, facilities, contracts and other water uses for generation or other Tri-State needs. Researches and analyzes water resource and water rights issues; prepares reports from research with recommendations for consideration by Management and Board, as required. Conducts special water rights studies related to adjudication activities; assists attorneys in preparation of legal pleadings; and coordinates other consultant activities, as needed. Develops
