An individual with a focus on system reliability, innovation, safety and the seven cooperative principles is sought to join the leadership team at Bowie-Cass Electric Cooperative (BCEC) as its next Director of Engineering.  This position reports directly to the general manager of BCEC and is instrumental in developing and maintaining an electrical system to meet the needs of BCEC’s owner-members located in northeast Texas.  The Director of Engineering manages a team of ten dedicated employees who assist in this effort.
