PURPOSES SPECIFIC TO THE POSITIONTo carry out the objective of Carroll Electric Cooperative Corporation, operating within board policies, state and federal regulatory agency rules, and cooperative budgets to provide maximum service to the members of the cooperative. These objectives will be obtained by effectively learning and performing a variety of duties necessary for the operation and maintenance of the geographic information system.RELATIONSHIPS Reports to Geographic Information System Coordinator. Directs – none. Cooperates and coordinates with all persons, within and outside the cooperative, and with all firms, organizations, consultants, and other groups as deemed necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the position.
