Position Summary Description Responsible for meeting plant performance objectives by analyzing, planning, directing, developing and implementing the plant expense and capital projects and providing engineering support to all departments.   Essential Functions Supervises and provides work direction for SGS Engineers Assess and make recommendations regarding issues which may impact plant availability, fuel efficiency, safety, environmental compliance and cost effectiveness. Perform detailed project planning forecast for up to five years with generalized planning for ten years  Review expense and capital budget proposals submitted by the plant engineering staff and ensures projects
