Subscriber Services Representative I
KAMO Power, located in Vinita, Oklahoma is in search of a Subscriber Services Representative I. The work location will be at the KAMO’s Vinita Headquarters. This position will handle incoming cooperative fiber calls regarding general information. Responsible for resolving subscribers’ equipment and subscription issues by performing activities per contracted cooperative’s procedures. In addition, enter tickets with all pertinent information required by the cooperative in an accurate and efficient manner. All levels of experience will be considered.
