Member Services Representative
Under the supervision of the Manager of Member Services, provides accurate and timely data entry required for billing processing and computer operations. Performs analysis, interpretation, and collection of member accounts and effectively communicates the results to members. Is thoroughly familiar with Petit Jean Electric Cooperative’s (PJECC’s) rates, rules, regulations, policies, and general office procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains member records on an ongoing basis to ensure that the member information is accurate and the member is billed correctly.
