Senior EMS Controls Engineer - Hybrid Remote
Pay Grade: M09 POSITION SUMMARY Teams lead Engineer for all EMS Control System activities across Hoosier Energy’s Transmission systems. Provides oversight, coordination, and real-time support of the System Control Center. Examines problems at hand with Hoosier Energy’s EMS Systems’ performance; identifies causes, and implements solutions. Leads in and responsible for developing, coordinating and executing a Corporate Controls Strategy which ensures safe, cost effective and reliable operations while pursuing a coordinated platform for controls, data management and reporting. Continuously evaluates the EMS controls systems, identifies future needs, and ensures these needs are met through Asset Management, Outage Management or Cyber security/Network Projects
