Position Summary Description Directs transmission policy, transmission service and associated internal and external transmission matters for the Cooperative.   This includes providing leadership and strategic oversight of the System Planning and Transmission Services departments in addition to Enterprise Portfolio Management and Project Management Center of Excellence Programs execution and delivery. Directs and leads a team of managers and technical professionals in a manner that enhances the Cooperative’s value, effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness, coupled with representing the Cooperative’s interests internally and externally with respect to related transmission and program matters.  Actively engages with the Cooperative’s Executive Tea
