Position Summary Develops and implements Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC)’s marketing efforts to promote the services, programs, and brand of the Cooperative. Establishes strategies to enhance, create and fosters relationships with members, businesses, and community partners to increase service levels and overall member satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is preferred.
