The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous operation of enterprise business systems and related information processing environments, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient performance. This role manages system configuration, monitoring, incident resolution, integration, reporting, and system enhancements while partnering with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business needs. The Systems Administrator also maintains documentation, provides user support and training, and ensures compliance with applicable security standards and internal policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of system configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and supporting scripts and application code used to automate processes and enhance system functionality.
• Hands-on experience integrating and linking applications across multiple business units to support reliable, end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, document and model business processes, and perform data mapping to support system integration and process efficiency.
• Experience with system integrations, reporting tools, and data validation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
• Understanding of security standards and compliance
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
