Job Summary:
To assist the Communications and Member Services Department personnel in the performance of their duties by providing administrative support services in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner; to assist members, employees, and other visitors to the office by providing information and services in a friendly and helpful manner; and to promote goodwill among employees by displaying a cooperative, helpful, and positive attitude.
Job Requirements:
Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry & People Smart).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have four (4) years of clerical experience, including word processing, filing, and letter composition. Prefer a working knowledge of graphics and design layout using computer programs.
Must possess a good understanding of writing styles, correct grammar, and punctuation, and excellent attention to detail.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think creatively, as well as be highly driven and self-motivated.
Must be able to retain information and plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks.
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, Forms, Visio, Adobe products (Adobe Sign, PageMaker, etc.), and SharePoint.
