Job Summary:

To assist the Communications and Member Services Department personnel in the performance of their duties by providing administrative support services in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner; to assist members, employees, and other visitors to the office by providing information and services in a friendly and helpful manner; and to promote goodwill among employees by displaying a cooperative, helpful, and positive attitude.

Job Requirements:

• Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry & People Smart).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have four (4) years of clerical experience, including word processing, filing, and letter composition. Prefer a working knowledge of graphics and design layout using computer programs.
• Must possess a good understanding of writing styles, correct grammar, and punctuation, and excellent attention to detail.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think creatively, as well as be highly driven and self-motivated.
• Must be able to retain information and plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, Forms, Visio, Adobe products (Adobe Sign, PageMaker, etc.), and SharePoint.
