Job Summary
Wood County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (WCEC) is seeking an individual to fill the position of Field Service Representative. This position provides for the efficient and economical staking of electrical power lines. The position is responsible for the preparation of staking sheets and drawings, engineering record keeping, and mapping. The Field Service Rep represents the Cooperative in the field to respond to members’ requests in a manner that reflects current WCEC policy and procedure and NESC.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in line
construction.
All employees must reside within WCEC's service area boundaries or within a 45-minute drive from the headquarters in Quitman, TX.
