MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate Degree with emphasis in Industrial Safety or equivalent specialized training or experience in safe practices associated with power line construction, maintenance, and College education and/or CLCP certification preferred, but not required at time of hire, but must be completed within 5 years. Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in actual line construction and maintenance or five (5) years’ experience in power line safety. Journeyman Lineman’s qualifications.
