Job Description In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, processes, and training to ensure compliance with North American Reliability Corporation (NERC) technology related Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) requirements, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and develop cyber security programs and process for Wabash Valley Power Alliance  and its member cooperatives. Work with WVPA’s staff and Members on technology compliance to North American Electric Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) cyber security standards and industry best practices, including participation with any CIP data requests or audits and industry standard Cyber Security evaluations and testing
